Faith
We place Christ at the center of our community and help students connect the Gospel with daily choices.
Mary Carrico Catholic School
Faith at the center.
Family at the heart.
Mary Carrico Catholic School serves preschool through eighth grade in Knottsville, welcoming families from east Daviess County and the surrounding area.
Our purpose
Growing as learners.
Living as disciples.
We help children grow in their relationship with Christ while developing the knowledge, habits, and character they need for the years ahead.
Faith formation, virtue, and service are part of everyday school life. Our Catholic identity brings families together through prayer, the sacraments, and a shared commitment to caring for others.
In the classroom, personal attention helps teachers recognize each student’s strengths and the places where encouragement or additional support can make a difference.
What guides us
Our promise to families.
Excellence
We value thoughtful teaching, steady effort, and growth in academics and Christian citizenship.
Belonging
We want every student and family to feel welcomed, supported, and connected to school life.
